Do you ship internationally outside the United States?

Yes, we can deliver orders worldwide.

How much does shipping cost?

1. Shipping is free for all orders within the United States. No purchase minimum.

2. Shipping is calculated during checkout for international orders with delivery addresses outside of the United States.

Shipping Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will notify you and cancel the items, then issue a full refund to your original payment method.

The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the number of items ordered. Multiple item orders may be delivered in separate shipments.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered upon delivery, you must contact us at support@floogear.com within 5 days from receipt of your order.

Free Returns For United States Orders

If you are not 100% satisfied with your FLOOGEAR purchase, you can return it to receive a full refund up to 14 days from your delivery date.

Customers with international orders are responsible for return shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please email support@floogear.com with the word ‘RETURN’ + your initial order number in the subject line and a quick description about your return / exchange inquiry then someone from our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Customer Support hours are from Monday - Friday  9AM - 4PM PST.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your card or original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping Returns

We will provide you with a return shipping label if the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Customers with international orders are responsible for return shipping costs.
